Terms of Sale & Use

Cars App is an online marketplace operated by Cars App that connects buyers with verified third-party vendors of automotive spare parts in the United Arab Emirates. For most orders the vendor is the seller of the parts; Cars App provides the platform, handles payment and, where the vendor uses our courier, coordinates delivery.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. A tax invoice is issued for every order. Prices, offers and availability can change; an order is a request to buy and is confirmed only when we accept it. If a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

You can pay by the methods offered at checkout. Card and instalment options are enabled once the relevant payment provider is live in your region. Your payment is held securely and released to the vendor after delivery, which protects both sides of the transaction.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the vendor and courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any problem promptly (see Returns).

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After dispatch, our Returns & Refund Policy applies. Statutory consumer rights under UAE law are not affected.

"Fits your vehicle" indicators and vehicle look-ups are provided to help you choose and are given in good faith, but you are responsible for confirming a part suits your specific vehicle before fitting. Manufacturer or vendor warranties, where offered, are stated on the listing. Cars App does not itself warrant third-party parts beyond what the seller provides and what UAE law requires.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other accounts, scraping, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. Vendors additionally agree to the vendor terms presented during onboarding.

To the extent permitted by law, Cars App is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate in which Cars App is registered. Disputes are subject to the competent UAE courts.
