Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most parts, provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with any seals intact.

For safety and quality reasons some items are non-returnable once supplied or fitted: electrical parts and ECUs, fluids and chemicals, special-order or custom parts, and any part that has been installed, used or altered — unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

If you receive the wrong part, a part damaged in transit, or one that is dead on arrival, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery fee, at no cost to you.

Open the order in your account and choose Request a return, or email support@carsapp.ae with your order number and the reason. Cars App reviews each request and, where needed, inspects the item before deciding the outcome.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Because your payment is held in escrow until delivery, an eligible refund on a recent order is usually straightforward. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is due to our or the vendor's error (wrong, faulty or damaged item), we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost may be borne by you and is deducted from the refund.
